1Delete it in the app
- Open Back to Black and sign in.
- Go to Settings, then tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account and data are deleted straight away.
2No longer have the app?
Email hello@backtoblack.app from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We'll delete your account and data and reply to confirm.
3What is deleted
- Your account and sign-in details.
- Your plans, costs, checklists and money set aside.
- Your pay schedules and payday check-ins.
- Your receipts, receipt photos, bank statements and spending entries.
- Your budgets, categories, savings goals, debts and lists.
- Your sharing invites and notification settings.
4What stays
Plans and lists that other people own and shared with you stay with them. Database backups are kept for up to 7 days, then removed.
